Con algunas pocas personas que violan el reglamento como colgar ropa en el exterior
Música en horarios no permitidos, es temporal ya que son renteros y terminan largandose

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le falta más vigilancia....Fui a visitar a mi hija y la puerta de acceso estába libre me pase y el guardia ni siquiera se dio cuenta....y pase sin problema....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento agradable y con áreas verdes para convivir en familia pues en algunas áreas cuentan con azadores, canchas de basquetbol o voleibol, las dos entradas que tiene el lugar cuentan con lectores de huella digital para el acceso peatonal controlado entre residentes y visitantes pues si eres visitante los guardias de la caseta toman tus datos y solicitan una identificación, si el acceso es en auto cuentan con un "carril" para visitantes donde solicitarán de igual manera datos y una identificación, para residentes cuentan con una tarjeta electrónica que les da el acceso al fraccionamiento por su carril exclusivo.
En conclusión es un agradable lugar para vivir sin tener en cuenta la zona que puede ser algo alejada del centro de la ciudad.

In conclusion, it is a pleasant place to live without taking into account the area that can be somewhat far from the city center.
