★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está chido jajajaja. Un lugar muy agradable para estar sentado realizando cualquier tipo de actividad, ya que está en una zona muy cómoda y sin vecinos ruidosos.
Lo mejor es que está accesible desde muchos puntos porque abarca muchas calles y con la tranquilidad de que hay una caseta de policía para alguna situación.
 It's cool hahahaha. A very nice place to be seated doing any type of activity, since it is in a very comfortable area without noisy neighbors.
The best thing is that it is accessible from many points because it covers many streets and with the peace of mind that there is a police booth for some situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta mucho el parque para llevar a mi perrito de paseo, el lugar es limpio y las instalaciones muy cuidadas ademas de que tiene vigilancia siempre, las 4 estrellas es que porque hay partes que le falta iluminación. Pero todo lo demas excelente.
I really like the park to take my little dog for a walk, the place is clean and the facilities are very well cared for, in addition to always having surveillance, the 4 stars is because there are parts that lack lighting. But everything else is excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Parque del Fracc. Florida, antes estaba muy cuidado, lo regaban dos veces a la semana. ¡¡Claro!! Porque contaba la ciudad de Monterrey con agua. Ahora el Alcalde Colosio prometió enviar Pipas con agua reutilizable, debido a que clausuraron las llaves de agua de los Parques. Y no cumple su Palabra. ¡¡Ah!! SOLAMENTE cuando andaba en campaña, tomaba en cuenta a los vecinos de ésta colonia.
A la vez que prometía el Sol, la Luna y las Estrellas. Es puro político "barato".
