★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casas muy pequeñas y de mala calidad, obviamente no son tan caras por lo mismo, además hay una zona de departamentos que son super pequeños y la zona es muy insegura.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad esta muy lejos, no tienen carteles de indicaciones de como llegar a piedra de agua. La carretera para llegar al fraccionamiento esta en muy mal estado, por parte de la gente de grupo casitas te trata bien pero se tardan para atenderte.
The truth is very far, they do not have signs indicating how to get to Piedra de Agua. The road to get to the subdivision is in very bad condition, on the part of the Casitas group people treat you well but they take time to assist you.

En cuestión de las viviendas, grupo casitas cobra muy bien las casas y departamentos para entregar viviendas que no cubren con la calidad y desgraciadamente luego no responde de manera óptima a todos los detalles que desde inicio surgen. Uno entiende que puede ser natural que tenga detalles los domicilios pero si respondieran óptima mente y amablemente otra experiencia seria para el consumidor

In terms of housing, casitas group charges very well the houses and apartments to deliver homes that do not cover with quality and unfortunately then does not respond optimally to all the details that arise from the beginning.
