Contras: casas con muchos defectos; en mi caso fue que el cableado de la casa estaba incompleto, fugas en el baño y en el patio, con el tiempo ( 2 años de vivir en ella) se me hicieron grietas en la pared de enfrente, salieron más fugas, la tubería de gas también salió con fuga, se trasmina el agua por las paredes y no tiene buen aislante o sellador en las paredes y el impermeabilizante también a los 2 años se comenzó a caer. Si no tienes carro, y vives en las casas del fondo, prepárate para hacer cardio para ir a tomar el camión o salir a comprar algo afuera, por qué dentro del sector no hay tiendas, algunos vecinos venden pero abren cuando pueden, si tienes coche y te gusta gastar gasolina o te gusta hacer ejercicio este lugar es indicado para ti. Nota: si te gusto la col.
