P	Psic Dulce Navia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El concepto es bonito, pero no tiene mucho y ya está muy descuidado a los aparatos para hacer ejercicio ya les faltan cosas, la ciclovía solo se le ve un pedacito y lo demás ya se estacionan vecinos, hay una camioneta que no la mueven de la avenida y nadie sabe nada. No nos informaron nada de una administración y tal vez por eso es un caos y los de posventa no saben nada o te dicen que mañana pero su mañana pero parece que tenemos un concepto diferente del mañana. Estamos en una casa donde aún no hay vecinos y apesta afuera a excremento de perro todo el tiempo. Aún no está la alberca y cada fin de semana nos dicen que ya para próximo fin de semana y seguimos esperando. Teníamos muchas buenas expectativas pero nos hemos decepcionado mucho. Hay una sección que está en la entrada que ya parecen casas de interés social, ya modificadas, con letreros de tienda o papelería y sobretodo muy descuidado. The concept is nice, but it does not have much and the exercise equipment is already very neglected, there are already missing things, the bike path is only a bit visible and the rest are already parked by neighbors, there is a van that is not moved from the avenue and nobody knows anything. They didn't inform us about an administration and maybe that's why it's chaos and the after-sales people don't know anything or they tell you that tomorrow but their tomorrow but it seems that we have a different concept of tomorrow. We are in a house where there are no neighbors yet and it reeks of dog poop outside all the time. The pool is not there yet and every weekend they tell us that it is for the next weekend and we continue to wait. We had high expectations but we have been very disappointed. There is a section that is at the entrance that already looks like houses of social interest, already modified, with store signs or stationery and above all very neglected.

Me gustaron mucho las zonas comunes (alberca, parques). Aunque no pertenece a Mérida está muy cerca. ¡Excelente lugar! It seems like a very good place to live.
