★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay poco alumbrado publico, me parece un tanto alejado de la zona urbana de Aguascalientes. No me parece una zona segura para ir a pie.
There is little public lighting, it seems somewhat remote from the urban area of Aguascalientes. I don't think it's a safe area to go on foot.

The guardhouse is a martyrdom, not even in Valle Real are they that special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento está muy bonito y se ve tranquilo, pero hay una falla geológica muy cerca que pasa por algunas casas y la colonia que está atrás del fracc, no se ve muy segura
The subdivision is very beautiful and looks quiet, but there is a geological fault very close that passes by some houses and the neighborhood that is behind the fracc, it does not look very safe
