Desventajas
Algunas partes del fraccionamiento no están cercadas puede entrar gente externa y de nada sirve tanta seguridad en la entrada
No tiene buena iluminación las calles en algunas partes
No vi seguridad dando vueltas por las calles.

It has a good location compared to other subdivisions.

Disadvantages
Some parts of the subdivision are not fenced, outsiders can enter and there is no point in so much security at the entrance.
The streets are not well lit in some parts.
I didn't see security hanging around the streets.
