★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "VENDEN CASAS SIN AGUA" Zona popular, casas construidas por GIZ, mala calidad acabados mediocres cuesta mucho trabajo que arreglen defectos de construcción, consiguieron contratos basados en corrupción de gobierno de hace 3-4 años.
Para vender casas debían haber pagado una factibilidad para la extracción de agua de un pozo y solo la pagaron una vez y de ahí "se les olvidó" pagarla de nuevo y aun así vendieron mas de 850 casas que no tenían derecho a agua del municipio.
no hicieron caso a reclamos de garantías en la mayoría de sus viviendas y ahora ya se vencieron esas garantías y ya no quieren atender las fallas.
"HOUSES FOR SALE WITHOUT WATER" Popular area, houses built by GIZ, poor quality mediocre finishes cost a lot of work to fix construction defects, they got contracts based on government corruption from 3-4 years ago.
To sell houses they should have paid a feasibility for the extraction of water from a well and they only paid it once and from there "they forgot" to pay it again and even so they sold more than 850 houses that did not have the right to water from the municipality.
They ignored claims for guarantees in most of their homes and now those guarantees have expired and they no longer want to address the failures.
