★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desarrollo ya antiguo construido por ara. Son casas de varios prototipos, de dos y tres recámaras, hay clusters y sobre avenidas. La ventaja de vivir ahi es que si trabajas en Toluca llegas rápidamente. Y si vas a Santa Fe por la calle de Morelos seguro haras buen tiempo.

El fraccionamiento es muy tranquilo, cuenta con un pequeño parque recreativo, una plaza comercial donde se encuentran negocios de comida, dentista, educación, veterinaria. Tiene preescolar y primaria, y la secundaria se encuentra muy cercana.
Beautiful subdivision made up of 5 blocks, it has 4 very comfortable house sizes. The subdivision is very quiet, it has a small recreational park, a shopping plaza where you can find food, dentist, education, veterinary businesses. It has preschool and primary, and the secondary is very close.
