No hay seguridad ya que el personal que impuso la constructora es gente sin capacitación por lo cual ya fuimos (mi familia y yo) víctimas de un robo en nuestra vivienda, del cual no se hizo responsable en absoluto la constructora a cargo de este proyecto, que sí bien, en primera instancia se ven muy atractivas las casas, carecen de materiales de calidad y acabados residenciales como ellos lo venden y ofrecen, para terminar el servicio de post venta es prácticamente nulo, yo los invito cordialmente a no venir a perder su dinero y a hacer corajes interminables en este "fraccionamiento residencial" I own and reside in this subdivision and I can assure you that they have terrible finishes, do not comply with the promised amenities according to the initial project of sale or with the sample house, there is no connection to CFE or potable water. La constructora no quiere hacerse cargo de eso y de la amenidades compradas.... y en respuesta al comentario del propietario cabe mencionar que la queja no es que no hay agua si no que no puede ser que a esta altura no se pueda hacer un contrato del agua formal y lo cual estuvieron haciendo varias fechas “compromiso “ las cuales no cumplieron más que nada con el agua. No pueden resolver el problema sé que es un proceso pero eso se debió haber revisado desde hace mucho tiempo , toda la desinformación qué hay y todas las fallas de su representante hicieron la mala publicidad que ahora tienen.
