★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frío y distante, surge un fraccionamiento inesperado que no pide mucho o al menos, no lo que debería. Cumple pero dentro de su caracter frugal deja mucho que desear. Quizá será la luz del fraccionamiento o sus calles anchas rodeadas de casas monótonas. Gente que encontró una casa lejos de muchos lados pero justo con lo que necesitaban para llamarla ... hogar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a entregar un pedido en este fraccionamiento y tienen buena seguridad, una ubicación no muy alejada del centro de la ciudad y fácil de encontrar. El fraccionamiento se ve tranquilo y grande.

El personal prepotente , aunque dejes tu identificación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo general es un buen fraccionamiento, las casas tienen mayor tamaño a lo común en este tipo de fraccionamientos y tiene un costo relativamente bajo, sin embargo hay que considerar que no cuentan con postes de luz en el interior por lo cual no se puede instalar servicios de internet de fibra óptica, de igual modo está limitado en cuanto a dirección ya que las calles aún no aparecen en los mapas y esto evita que se puedan recibir paquetes y contratar otros servicios de manera correcta.
