★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente fraccionamiento, en el sentido de seguridad y ubicación, zona más limpia de la ciudad, al estar en la carretera a Mazatlán, las vías son muy rápidas tanto para llegar al aeropuerto, como al centro de la ciudad.
