★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menos una estrella es porque está construida a costado del río de aguas negras "Río Lerma", misma que huele muy mal y en ocasiones es insoportable el aroma a caño y otros deshechos químicos mismos que vacían ahí las industrias de su alrededor.
Menos otra estrella por ser sensible al estar expuesta a toda clase de accidentes industriales por tener el "Parque Industrial" a sus alrededores.
Menos otra estrella por estar a costado de una carretera donde circularán toda clase de vehículos de carga flamable o químicos.
Ten en consideración todos estos puntos que yo como residente lo vivo día a día... Saludos

El agua se extrae de un pozo donde el agua sale de color marrón y en ocaciones a olor a cloro.
