Se encuentra tan solo a la entrada a Comala, por lo que tienes todos los servicios del municipio a tan solo 5 minutos.
Por estar fuera del pueblo, es muy tranquilo.
Además tienes la ciudad de Villa de Alvarez y Colima a tan solo 10 y 15 minutos respectivamente.
El camino hacia Colima está muy bien y normalmente de noche está bien iluminado, por lo menos actualmente.
Comala es uno de los municipios, aledaños a la capital, con mayor crecimiento, después de Villa de Alvarez.
El fraccionamiento cuenta aún con muchos lotes disponibles, por lo que se encuentra aun despejado y nada aglomerado.
El fraccionamiento es privado, cuenta con una caseta de acceso con seguridad y control de acceso.
El clima es fresco, hay mucha vegetación, está bordeado por un rio.

It is located just at the entrance to Comala, so you have all the services of the municipality just 5 minutes away.
Being out of town, it is very quiet.
You also have the city of Villa de Alvarez and Colima just 10 and 15 minutes away respectively.
