★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena residencia, la entrada es muy bonita a primera vista, las casas muy chicas, pero las tardes de verdad se ven con un cielo alto y hermoso por no tener exceso de cableado y muchas áreas verdes, muy bonito como para salir a correr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento ahorita o más bien desde hace más de 6 meses es una porquería, no han podido darle la limpieza a las áreas verdes y parece que no vive uno en un fraccionamiento, sino en la selva, da muy mala imagen y a la constructora les vale, ya se les a dicho que vengan a hacer limpieza de áreas y al no hacerlo se va a propagar bichos y serpientes en la zona de hecho dentro de los edificios ya se han encontrado culebras

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te la pintan bien bonito y cuando ya estás dentro tómala, inundaciones, apagones, filtraciones, llueve más adentro que afuera, áreas verdes muuuuuy verdes por que están llenas de monte y ni se diga de los baches es un vil engaño
They paint it very nice and when you are inside take it, floods, blackouts, leaks, it rains more inside than outside, green areas are sooo green because they are full of mountains and not to mention the potholes is a vile deception

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considero que ha sido olvidado por parte del ayuntamiento de Kanasín, le falta mucho por atender, los parques están en abandono, los juegos están oxidados, hay mucha hierba por todos lados, en la noche no hay alumbrado público en muchas calles, se solicita a crear hogares (constructora) haga una solicitud para atender esta problemática que afecta a todos los que viven en el fraccionamiento.
