De hecho el mantenimiento en general en todo el fraccionamiento es deficiente. Creo que si eso es ahorita que aún están en la etapa de venta, cuando terminen de vender estará aún más abandonado.

La encargada en atender asuntos vecinales es bien desatenta y uno solo tiene que arreglar el problema...
