★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lindo lugar para vivir, en especial si eres estudiante de la UPB, ya que está a un lado, pero las rentas son algo elevadas al igual que el servicio de agua potable dado que es de pozo se paga una cuota mensual(Mayor a la que sería de sapas) la única ventaja es que la cuota es fija.
It is a nice place to live, especially if you are a UPB student, since it is on one side, but the income is somewhat high as is the drinking water service since it is well, a monthly fee is paid (greater than the one that would be sapas) the only advantage is that the fee is fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy cómodo y agradable para vivir. Es de las zonas más seguras y tranquilas de Silao. Hace falta más comercio cerca de la zona, pero todo es accesible a través del transporte público y todo está relativamente cerca si te trasladas en transporte propio.
A very comfortable and pleasant place to live. It is one of the safest and quietest areas of Silao. More commerce is needed near the area, but everything is accessible by public transport and everything is relatively close if you travel by your own transport.
