★ ★ ★ ★ ★ un lugar aparentemente tranquilo, se ve muy organizado, se encuentra en medio de un área algo conflictiva, alejado de la ciudad, y como la mayoría de los fraccionamientos le falta unos arbolitos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraccionamiento que en invierno se reciente el frío, en primavera y verano el calor, no cuenta con área y/o jardín con bancas, ni árboles que den sombra, ni juegos para distracción de lo niños, es un poco seguro, hace 3 meses se instaló un oxxo que de alguna manera los vecinos hacen sus pagos de los diferentes servicios y de alguna u otra forma se ahorran tiempo y se evitan penalizaciones, así también el servicio de transporte IQT es una vergüenza ya que pasa en ocasiones cada hora y los colonos o utilizan un taxi afectando su estado económico o se trasladan ala parada de transporte más cercana perdiendo 15 o 20 minutos caminando,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento prácticamente nuevo, las casas las veo muy chicas, está en una zona donde la inseguridad se siente, los mismos locales que están afuera del fraccionamiento cuentan con rejas de protección y te despachan por ventanita. En mi humilde opinión lo pensaría para vivir aquí

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar aún tranquilo para vivir, cuando el fraccionamiento en su totalidad esté concluido al ?% se podrá determinar si se otorgan las ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, ojalá que pronto sea entregado al municipio para que se plantean árboles e instalen aparatos de ejercicio y juegos infantiles en el "área verde" que aún está algo abandonada. Por lo pronto yo ya plante un árbol ?
