★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta lamentable este fraccionamiento solo dos rutas de transporte urbano y hay que cruzar el periférico muy peligroso para tomarlo transportes de fábricas de la zona industrial hay muy pocos entonces también para tener trabajo es difícil viviendo alli detrás del fraccionamiento hay una comunidad y las personas que viven allí son de hacer fiestas y desmanes cada fin de semana osea que pacifico tampoco es inseguro es muy inseguro e sabido de mujeres que son agredidas por hombres en estado de ebriedad que son de esa misma comunidad comercios no hay cerca lo más cercano es citadina pero hasta para comprar 1 kilo de tortilla batallas casas de muy mala calidad y pésimos acabados no recomiendo comprar alli

Además esto va para la constructora PROVITOL, LAS CASAS SE GOTEAN, Y ESO QUE YA HABÍA IDO EL "ARQUITECTO" A CHECAR EL PROBLEMA Y YA HABÍAN IMPERMEHABILIZADO, SI PIENSAN COMPRAR CHEQUEN BIEN QUE CONSTRUCTORA ES LA ENCARGADA.
