Y tienen servicios comunes, no generan energía, no separan residuos sólidos, ni orgánicos. La movilidad se dificulta si no tienes transporte propio. Ninguna 'estructura' natural tiene aristas (a menos que sean cristales o sales), se trata de casas cuadradas de materiales constructivos comunes. Que ni siquiera convergen con el tipo de construcción regional o de campo. Los errores más sobresalientes es la irresolución de niveles (dentro de las casas), las proporciones de los espacios (hábitat) no son adecuadas, no tiene cuarto de lavado, y la errónea orientación de las mismas las puede convertir en inhabitables. En otras palabras no goza de criterio arquitectónico ni trazo en la poligonal. Da tristeza ver como avanza la mancha urbana. Nature friendly it is not. Las cosas por su nombre, este es un fraccionamiento urbano en el bosque, por el cual muchas tuzas, entre otros animales se quedaron sin hogar, al igual que se derrumbaron muchos pinos y árboles. Todos sus servicios son convencionales (gas, agua, drenaje, electricidad), ninguno de ellos es ecológico. Las casas construidas con materiales comunes, con diseños rígidos (cuadrados) que no se fusionan con la naturaleza como los desarrollos ecológicos y sustentables proponen. Además, el diseño interior es pésimo, se desperdician espacios, no está resuelto el nivel de los baños por lo que ponen escalones en los baños del segundo piso, el baño y espacio para guardaropa de la habitación principal está muy mal diseñado. No se te entrega reglamento del Fraccionamiento y por consiguiente no sabes cómo y qué se debe pagar y cualquier pregunta ya la toman a mal pensando que no quieres pagar. The place is beautiful, a pity that most of the pines were cut down, the construction is not that of a mansion but you can make some changes and not to mention the neighborhood committee, people with little education (not most, but I eat everything). You are not given the regulations of the Fractionation and therefore you do not know how and what should be paid and any question is taken the wrong way, thinking that you do not want to pay.
