★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento muy tranquilo, perteneciente al municipio de Banderilla y en su interior tiene juegos infantiles, llegar es muy accesible ya sea en autobús o en vehículo privado, además está muy juntito de la terminal de autotransportes Banderilla y un poco antes de llegar al fraccionamiento se encuentra la terminal de autotransportes Miradores.

Pese a su lejanía , tiene una tienda bastante surtida.
Cuidado. En lluvias fuertes se inunda y literal, salen corrientes que parecen ríos sobre la carretera.
