★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento se encuentra prácticamente en la orilla de Irapuato, hacia la salida a Silao, sin embargo algunos sucesos violentos han ocurrido en la zona incluso dentro del fraccionamiento (No hay control de acceso) asesinaron a una persona cuando se disponía a atender el llamado a su puerta. Si bien es cierto que por la zona no han hallado cuerpos o desmembrados un asesinato no es un crimen menor. Una cosa más en el fraccionamiento hay "vigilantes" que pasan por una cuota semanal de $20 que según es para vigilancia del fraccionamiento pero... Esa no es tarea del municipio??
