★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento tranquilo, limpio, cuenta con vigilancia las 24 hrs. Alejado del ruido a excepción de los carros del gas, inconveniente solo el transporte ya que entra una alimentadora y tarda mucho .
 It is a quiet, clean subdivision, has 24 hour security. Away from the noise except for gas cars, only the transport inconvenient since a feeder enters and it takes a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento bastante tranquilo a pesar de estar a 8 minutos del periférico ecológico y/o de la la 16 de septiembre ( que son vías bastante concurridas)
Lo único malo es la calle que te permite llegar, pues hay varios baches.
Frente al fraccionamiento esta disponible una área verde para salir a caminar con los hijos.
El acceso al fraccionamiento es a través de un punto de vigilancia.
Vale la pena disfrutar la vida en este fraccionamiento.....
It is a fairly quiet subdivision despite being 8 minutes from the ecological peripheral and / or the September 16 (which are quite busy roads)
The only bad thing is the street that allows you to get there, as there are several potholes.
In front of the subdivision there is a green area available to go for a walk with the children.
Access to the subdivision is through a surveillance point.
It is worth enjoying life in this subdivision .....
