★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar tranquilo, aunque está en las orillas de la ciudad también está a 15 minutos del centro y 7 minutos de la plaza; algunas calles aún no están pavimentadas al igual que uno de los accesos al fraccionamiento, cuentan con cancha de fútbol, mini súper, purificadora de agua, antojeria (por las noches), pollería, verdulería, y paletería; si bien son múltiples negocios, aún le falta por crecer al fraccionamiento.
 It is a quiet place, although it is on the edge of the city it is also 15 minutes from the center and 7 minutes from the square; some streets are not yet paved as well as one of the accesses to the subdivision, they have a soccer field, mini super, water purifier, antojeria (at night), poultry, greengrocer, and paletería; Although there are multiple businesses, the subdivision still needs to grow.
