★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito fraccionamiento, con amplias calles y lindas vistas, es todo nuevo y tiene lindos jardines. Solo que está muy lejos y el tránsito vehicular es muy denso para llegar ahí.
 Very nice subdivision, with wide streets and beautiful views, it is all new and has beautiful gardens. Only it is very far and the vehicular traffic is very dense to get there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui de visita a casa de unos amigos para celebrar que acababan de comprar su casa, y fue increíble ver cómo comenzó una pequeña lluvia y tuvieron filtraciones de agua por todos lados haciendo que se inundaran, lo que nos hizo darnos cuenta de los malos acabados en el techo (por ejemplo, está disparejo). Deberían dar mejor calidad a instalaciones y a acabados.
I went to visit some friends' house to celebrate that they had just bought their house, and it was amazing to see how a little rain started and they had water leaks everywhere causing them to flood, which made us realize the bad finishes in the ceiling (for example, it is uneven). They should give better quality to installations and finishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es tranquilo pero la administración deja mucho que desear, falta mantenimiento adecuado a ciertas áreas no hay apoyo de parte de la empresa , las casas tienen defectos ocultos, cortes constantes de luz y de agua, se tapa la grifería constantemente, los muebles de baño y llaves son de baja calidad, la empresa que pone las cocinas es un asco y de ecológica la empresa no tiene nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La constructora quiere abandonar sus responsabilidades y dejar los pendientes que tienen en el fraccionamiento, hasta se puso una lona en el acceso principal advirtiendo la situación.
Hasta que no se pongan al corriente con lo que prometieron a los residentes, no es un lugar recomendable para adquirir una propiedad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento muy bonito para vivir terrazas y alberca en cada coto lamentablemente la constructora no está respondiendo a muchas situaciones para entregar. Recomiendo buscar a los vecinos y mesas directivas para conocer los problemas que se enfrentan
