★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen fraccionamiento sólo que aun no esta todo en regla no hay agua se piden pipas ,luz si hay ,cámaras, vigilancia,y todavía hay terrenos en venta,muy recomendable es una zona tranquila si quieres vivir apartado de ruido le los camiones es una zona ideal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya no es tan tranquilo, aunque no parece fraccionamiento más bien colonia popular tiene muchos negocios a la entrada, no hay homogeneidad en las construcciones, los cables de telefonía mal puestos, hay basura y demasiados perros en las calles, todos les dan de comer para tener tantos pero pocos adoptan responsablemente....
It is not so quiet anymore, although it does not seem like a subdivision, rather a popular neighborhood, it has many businesses at the entrance, there is no homogeneity in the constructions, the telephone cables are poorly placed, there is garbage and too many dogs in the streets, everyone feeds them to have so many but few adopt responsibly....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la compra venta de terrenos es totalmente ilegal, ya que nadie puede escriturar. Lo que da pie a la venta varias veces del mismo terreno, tambien hay bandas de ladrones que operan impunemente dentro del fraccionamiento. No hay redes de agua

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como pueden hablar de este lugar hacienda sto tomas como tranquilo cuando todos los que compraron un terreno fueron timados estan condenados a conservar la casa o terreno hasta que puedan escriturar lo cual no ha sucedido por el fraude de la cooperativa de vivienda y consumo nuestro hogar todavia mas quien venda seda done o pretenda trasferir la posesion estara cometiendo un delito que se castiga con carcel asi lo menciona el articulo 189 del codigo penal del estado de mexico ¡¡cuidado compradores y vendedores!!!!
