★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de urbanización. Promesas no cumplidas. Pavimento en mal estado. Total ausencia de alumbrado publico. Carencias de agua potable. No municipalizado. No seguridad, ya hay robos. Áreas verdes en muy mal estado. Pareciera que solo Geo quisiera vender las casas restantes y dejar inconcluso el proyecto.
Lack of urbanization. Unaccomplised promises. Pavement in poor condition. Total absence of street lighting. Lacks of drinking water. Not municipalized No security, there are already robberies. Green areas in very bad condition. It seems that only Geo wanted to sell the remaining houses and leave the project unfinished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy inseguro, el transporte debería pasar por el fraccionamiento, no que te deja en la terminal y de ahí tienes que caminar o tomar un bicitaxi para llegar a tu destino
Very unsafe, the transport should go through the subdivision, not that it leaves you at the terminal and from there you have to walk or take a pedicab to get to your destination

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible fraccionamiento... Aquí vivo, pero es una pena ver cómo lo han deteriorado los mismos habitantes. No hay suficiente agua, la luz se va muy seguido, los apagones y los cambios de intensidad en la luz eléctrica provocan que tus aparatos eléctricos se descompongan... Etc.
Horrible fractionation ... Here I live, but it's a shame to see how the same inhabitants have deteriorated. There is not enough water, the light goes very often, the blackouts and the changes in intensity in the electric light cause your electrical appliances to decompose ... Etc.
