★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente deja que desear,. O hay seguimiento hacia el cliente, no tienen idea fechas de entrega, te dan largas, pero el lugar es muy bonito bien ubicado, no se inunda aún con fuertes lluvias, hay locales comerciales adentro (pocos) pero suficientes y áreas comunes bonitas.
Customer service leaves to be desired. Or there is follow-up to the client, they have no idea delivery dates, they give you long, but the place is very beautiful, well located, it is not flooded yet with heavy rains, there are shops inside (few) but enough and beautiful common areas.

Quiet subdivision and not far from Pto. Vallarta...to spend a few days and visit the nearby beaches of Bucerias or even stroll through the places of interest in PV.
