★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraccionamiento muy tranquilo pero le hace falta buena vigilancia si llegas o sales después de la 1am los vigilantes duermen,también hace falta mucho alumbrado en todo el tramo desde jesus maria a valladolid.
Very quiet subdivision but you need good vigilance if you arrive or leave after 1am the guards sleep, you also need a lot of lighting throughout the section from jesus maria to valladolid.

It was very nice to go to that private subdivision for the tranquility and the amount of pine trees that I saw. I really liked the place I would like to have a house there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compres aquí. La gente suele tener reuniones, fiestas, como si estuvieran solos en el cerro. Hay muchas personas inconscientes, la constructora no hace nada. Y la policía tampoco entre los 2 se hechan la culpa. No hay respeto ni ley. Si te toca un loco de vecino la vas a pasar mal muy mal.
Don't buy here. People usually have meetings, parties, as if they were alone on the hill. There are many unconscious people, the construction company does nothing. And the police do not blame each other either. There is no respect or law. If a crazy neighbor touches you, you're going to have a really bad time.

They have no security, they let anyone in, they are not willing to lay grass and they charge a lot for water.
