Ahuatzin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es curioso, se podría decir que es un bonito fraccionamiento, pero desperdiciaron el área verde en la construcción, pudieron poner una piscina (pero bueno con sus problemas de administración, no creo que puedan mantener ni a un pez dorado, mucho menos una piscina)... pero el problema más grande son sus colonos. Actualmente hay dos grupos que intentan dirigir el fraccionamiento. Uno de ellos fue legítimamente asignado por votación y el otro es un grupo insurgente, que impone su mandato. Estos últimos son lo que en el español regional mexicano conocemos comoclloquialmente como; "Una Bola de Nacos", estos limitan el uso de sus instalaciones a los demás colonos solo por que creen tener el derecho. Los dueños de las casas en renta, sienten tener el derecho de usar las instalaciones recreativas, aún tomando en cuenta que ellos no residen ahí. El "dirigente" (si es que así se le puede llamar a esta pobre figura moral) de la seudo-dirección deja pasar a amigos petsonales y desconocidos a las instalaciones y pone en peligro la integridad de el fraccionamiento. La seguridad es buena, los guardias son atentos y muy muy dedicados. Yo, honestamente he tenido una horrible experiencia en ese fraccionamiento, por su gente de tan malos valores e integridad. Gente que solo quiere imponer sus creencias por el hecho de creer en ellas. Ni siquiera saben administrar su gasto, que podría esperar de ellos?... Afortunadamente la Dirección original, cuenta con la planeación adecuada para poder resolver los problemas logísticos y necesidades del fraccionamiento. ¿Pero a qué costo? Cuando las personas de ese fraccionamiento no tienen ni la menor idea de como solucionar un conflicto social interno, lo único que causó la insurgencia fue una división sin sentido de lo que una comunidad debería representar. Dan pena. Pero bueno. Diría yo coloquialmente; ... ¿qué se puede esperar de una bola de nacos incultos con tres micro unidades métricas de madre? Espero que la antigua dirección solucione el problema que tienen. It's funny, you could say it's a nice subdivision, but they wasted the green area in the construction, they were able to put a pool (but good with their administration problems, I don't think they can keep even a goldfish, much less a pool) ...but the biggest problem is your settlers. There are currently two groups trying to direct the fractionation. One of them was legitimately assigned by vote and the other is an insurgent group, which imposes its mandate. The latter are what in regional Mexican Spanish we know as clloquially as; "Una Bola de Nacos", they limit the use of their facilities to other settlers just because they believe they have the right. The owners of the rental houses feel they have the right to use the recreational facilities, even taking into account that they do not reside there. The "leader" (if that is what this poor moral figure can be called) of the pseudo-management lets personal friends and strangers into the facilities and endangers the integrity of the subdivision. The security is good, the guards are attentive and very very dedicated. Honestly, I have had a horrible experience in that subdivision, because of its people with such bad values and integrity. People who just want to impose their beliefs for the sake of believing in them. They don't even know how to manage their spending, what could you expect from them?... Fortunately, the original Directorate has adequate planning to be able to solve the logistical problems and needs of the subdivision. But at what cost? When the people of that subdivision do not have the slightest idea of how to solve an internal social conflict, the only thing that caused the insurgency was a senseless division of what a community should represent. They're sorry. Oh well. I would say colloquially; ... what can you expect from a ball of uncultivated nacos with three micro metric units of mother? I hope the old management fixes the problem they are having.
