Cada cosa que necesitas hacer en tu casa, desde poner las protecciones, el tipo de protecciones que quieras colocar, pintar una barda o cualquier tipo de cosa de construcción por sencilla que sea; Tiene que autorizar el arquitecto, que bueno, está bien para conservar la arquitectura y las fachadas de las casas y se vea bonito el fraccionamiento , eso no hay problema, el problema aquí es que el arquitecto encargado de autorizarte todo lo que necesitas hacer en tu casa , jamás contesta y nunca lo encuentras y es muy molesto atrasarte en los proyectos que requieres. Además, Tienen reglas muuuy exageradas para las instalaciones dentro de los cotos, acerca del uso de la terraza, la alberca, las visitas, etc. Pero para cobrar la cuota de mantenimiento, son muy puntuales. Lo positivo que puedo decir de aquí es que las casas tienen una distribución muy buena, son bonitas, y con buenos acabados, pero si hubiera sabido por todas las molestias que me harían pasar jamás hubiera comprado.
