GOOD PLACE TO LIVE, VERY ACCESSIBLE THE ROUTES OF TRANSPORTATION, AS WELL AS THE BENCHES CAN BE COMITED COMFORTABLY, RIDING ON A BIKE, SKATEBOARDS, GAME COURSES, IMPERA THE TRANQUILITY, AND DAWN AS VERY WORTHY SUNSETS OF PHOTOGRAPHING, I LIKE.

It is the perfect place to live, since it has children's areas and rooms to spend a good family life, increasing very good security and shops available at almost any time

The place is very father and very clean and quiet, the only thing that is unfortunate is that the houses are crap with respect to the living, but they are made in there, the engineers are not doing their job and the materials they occupy for the construction are of the worst but with a cat's hand make them look good although I think it is a scam x the price they give them (work there x that is the class of houses that are)

For what it is, the fractionation is new, its buildings are very good material, most are small buildings, like 10 apartments more or less fractionation is 3 minutes from the trancas towards Coatepec, belongs to Jalapa Veracruz the fractionation .I recommend it 100% safe ..

It seems that something had to copy to socialism, if you're new you do not know where you are, all the houses are the same. You can not walk down the street because they are extremely narrow, above people leave garbage or cars on the sidewalk. In the hour of the sun it is horrible because there is no where to cover and due to the scarce vegetation it feels like an oven. The streets and meadows are full of dog feces. Coming to the end with the haciendas, there is a residual water plant that makes the whole area bet, and in the hot season it goes further stinking too. The streets are beginning to break and the municipal government does nothing, it seems like no-man's land. They climb the rooftops and steal copper pipes and rotoplas covers. They steal water meters by copper per block. But the best thing to do is to see everything the neighbor on the street does, since they are in front of ones without space. The packs of dogs are common as they prosper for years, I think they poison them but often they come out more.

I am a resident in this subdivision and in my opinion it is a quiet and clean place, in my opinion the houses are for small families and also for those who like to have small animals.

Fracc. La Pradera is a different place. Quiet and beautiful, where people look after their heritage and respect the internal regulations. Good neighborhood coexistence, with all services and several options to go shopping without leaving the subdivision.
