★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para adquirir casa, casas comodas muy bien estructuradas, calles amplias,bien señalizadas y alumbradas, libre de inundaciones, lugar muy tranquilo, cuenta con area deportiva (cancha de usos multiples), a 10 o 15 minutos del centro de la ciudad y zonas comerciales en automovil.
Excellent place to buy a house, comfortable houses very well structured, wide streets, well signposted and lighted, free of floods, very quiet place, it has a sports area (multipurpose field), 10 or 15 minutes from the city center and shopping areas by car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas están mal repelladas y las secciones 2,3 y4 los canales de agua pluvial son de 3y2pulgadas,la cimentación están compactado con relleno de basura ,blocks,palos,pedaceria de tubos,prometieron caseta de vigilancia,pluma y una bonita entrada y fraccionamiento Privado y no es cierto pasa la calle. 8 de la Col.Ampliacion Miguel Hidalgo,son Estafadores,por qué prometieron casas aterrizadas y el cable de tierra,no lo pusieron.
