★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar con irregularidades. No hay Agua, te cobran las pipas, no tienen escrituras y aún así, los dueños están vendiendo los departamentos. La administradora, Abril y el de intendencia Irineo, hacen negocios con la venta del agua, esconden y le venden a los inquilinos el agua que cae. Todos los departamentos tienen humedad, los acabados son de quinta, todo se rompe, no hay presión en los baños.
Lo peor es que NO HAY DRENAJE! Y nunca desazolvan el carcamo y cada que llueve se sale la ?por las coladeras, hay departamentos en juicio por todos los problemas qué hay. Solo hay un vigilante y todos los sábados se pone borracho con el de intendencia. NO COMPREN AHÍ!!!
It is a place with irregularities. There is no water, they charge the pipes, they have deeds and yet the owners are selling departments. The manager, April and the quartermaster Irenaeus, doing business with the sale of water, hide and sell to tenants falling water. All apartments have moisture are finished fifth, everything is broken, there is no pressure in the bathrooms.
The worst thing is that NO DRAW! And never desazolvan the carcamo and every ?por Raining exits strainers, there are departments on trial for all the problems there. There is only a caretaker and every Saturday gets drunk with the quartermaster. NOT BUY THERE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Increíble que estén usados, sin servicios básicos, material de pésima calidad, se inundan, sin drenaje, sin escrituras!!! Y osen en venderlos como nuevos y “de lujo”. Se caen a pedazos!! Ojo compradores, los departamentos NO SON NUEVOS, ya han sido rentados por mucho tiempo atrás y hay demandas de por medio. No se dejen engañar, no compré problemas.
Incredible that they are used, without basic services, poor quality material, they are flooded, without drainage, without deeds !!! And they dare to sell them as new and "luxury". They fall apart !! Be careful buyers, the apartments ARE NOT NEW, they have already been rented for a long time and there are demands involved. Don't be fooled, I didn't buy trouble.
