Las casas muy lindas, perfectas para una familia pequeña como la mía, hay casas de 3 niveles para quien busca más espacio. Tuve la fortuna de que todo mi proceso administrativo y de entrega fue eficiente y puntual. Las casas tienen un año de garantía así que estuve al pendiente y en este primer año reporte todo lo necesario para tener mis reparaciones puntuales y así fue. Ahora solo me resta aplicar diseño de interiores a mí casa ? estoy muy feliz con mi adquisición. Vivo tranquila y a gusto en mi casa. He visto comentarios negativos ? que mal que hayan tenido problemas con sus casas y si entrega. Solo recomiendo estar al pendiente con su papeleo y sus casas para reportar a tiempo cualquier anomalía. A mí me han cumplido todo. Lo que no me encanta de Pachuca es que hay muchos perros callejeros, pero eso es responsabilidad de la gente! Por favor, tengan cultura y sean responsables de sus mascotas. The houses have a one-year guarantee, so I was on the lookout and in this first year I reported everything necessary to have my punctual repairs and that's how it was. Now I only have to apply interior design to my house ? I am very happy with my purchase. I live calmly and comfortably in my house. I've seen negative comments ? it's too bad they've had problems with their homes and if they deliver.
