★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este fraccionamiento padece de agua potable el mal manejo de la inversión por parte de municipio de santa Cruz Xoxocotlán que permitió la construcción de casas demasiado pequeñas, y que reviso la obra siguen construyendo la constructora casas apesar de ofrecer un servicio digno de agua potable, sila constructora no se iva hacer responsable del agua hubiera hecho contrato con el estado en sapao para que ellos vigilaran la correcta instalación de agua potable y lo manejara el gobierno y no los ciudadanos, ademas que se satura en horas pico la salida del fraccionamiento hacia el centro y el tránsito se vuelve lento, y eso complica mucho llegar a los trabajos
