★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un condominio muy tranquilo para vivir , buena vigilancia es una lastima tener que atravesar secciones poco seguras para subir hasta estos fraccionamiento que están enedio de zonas de muy bajos recursos y fuera demasiados chicos viciosos , no hay ningún centro comercial cercano , ni médicos , tampoco farmacias de patente para urgencias y no hay transporte público .
 It is a very quiet condominium to live, good surveillance is a pity to have to cross unsafe sections to go up to these subdivisions that are in very low-income areas and were too many vicious boys, there is no nearby shopping center, or doctors, either Patent pharmacies for emergencies and there is no public transportation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas en este residencial/fraccionamiento son una buena opción si consideramos los acabados, los espacios, las amenidades, los precios, la calidad de construcción, la ubicación en la ciudad, etc.
Sin embargo hay un punto que hace desistir a muchos de comprar aquí y es que la zona residencial se encuentra rodeada de colonias y zonas populares lo cual resta atractivo debido a la idea del riesgo que conlleva lo anterior.
Hay una expectativa que con el paso de tiempo esto va a cambiar sin embargo parece que será en el mediano a largo plazo. Cerca de la zona se encuentra El Refugio y varios desarrollos más en progreso.
Respecto a la atención del personal de ventas es excelente, la asesoría es buena y las opciones que ofrecen son muy variadas.
Les recomiendo visitarlo si buscan vivienda en la zona. Para tener sus propios criterios.
The houses in this residential / subdivision are a good option if we consider the finishes, the spaces, the amenities, the prices, the quality of construction, the location in the city, etc.
However, there is a point that makes many people stop buying here, because the residential area is surrounded by neighborhoods and popular areas, which makes it less attractive due to the risk that this implies.
There is an expectation that with the passage of time this will change however it seems that it will be in the medium to long term. Near the area is El Refugio and several more developments in progress.
Regarding the attention of the sales staff is excellent, the advice is good and the options they offer are very varied.
I recommend visiting if you look for housing in the area. To have their own criteria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar Tranquilo para vivir, pero si algo lejos de las comodidades para hacer el super y ferreterias. si no te molestan los balazos los fines de semana y el indice delictivo de esa zona . es un buen lugar para vivir.
