Gated community with 24h security on duty and they do excellent job.
With many restaurants and cafes (Punto 115 and many more) and Wal-Mart just around corner!
Very beautiful and safe area.
10 min by car to the 5th avenue.

β β β β β I beautiful, quiet and secure gated community in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. It is family friendly and even has its own swimming pool. With friendly neighbors and security willing to assist at all times. Every house has it's own front lawn and the entire estate is decorated with beautiful trees and flowers.
