★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Management is turning the water off on the whole community. They waste water keeping the grass alive but try to kill people by shutting off the water to the homes. People are permitted to tie their dogs to the front door and they bark all day and night. It is what you expect if you move into a town or city but not a gated community. Especially not one you are expected to pay fees of $200+ per month. Do not buy a condo here if you value sleep or relaxation.
Plus side -- the security team is absolutely wonderful.
Now if Management could only do their job.
