★ ★ ★ ★ ★ visite a una persona en el fraccionamiento, puedo comentar que es un fracciónamiento muy bonito, con las areas verdes muy bien cuidadas, aun que la calle es muy pequeña

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agradable lugar para vivir. Casas bonitas, espacios públicos bien cuidados, vigilantes atentos y amables, bien ubicado con el zócalo de Momoxpan muy cerca, la plaza Explanada Puebla también, y con salidas muy prácticas a la recta, al Periférico y al pueblito.
Nice place to live. Beautiful houses, well-kept public spaces, attentive and friendly vigilantes, well located with the Momoxpan zócalo very close, the Plaza Puebla Explanada also, and with very practical outings to the straight, to the Periferico and to the small town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una clienta de la casa 33 no me pago unos trabajos que realizamos en su casa ya que se reparo,, el ing catlos Flores pimentel comenta que no paga y en lo personal a nosotros no nos pagaron ni un peso ya trabajando dos semanas, ojo para los que trabajen en ese fraccionamiento

Las casas son amplias y muy bonitas ¡!
Es un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro. Además a unos escasos metros esta el centro comercial Explanada Puebla.
It is a very nice, quiet neighborhood, with a garden for children and for holding events.
The houses are spacious and very beautiful!
It is a very quiet and safe place. Also a few meters away is the Explanada Puebla shopping center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad. Fui a preguntar por casas para venta o renta y el policía de la entrada no me proporcionó información para comunicarme con alguien ni con comité de fraccionamiento.
Lo que puedo comentar a los que ya viven ahí es que sr que tienen como administrador es nefasto tengan cuidado

Amplias calles, buena distribución, jardines amplios, el fraccionamiento es un lugar tranquilo para vivir.
Las casas son amplias y cuentan con cocheras para dos autos.
