★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuevo fraccionamiento ubicado en General Escobedo a un par de minutos de plazas outlet y plaza sendero Escobedo dónde puedes realizar tus comprar, ir a restaurantes comer algo rápido, disfrutar de alguna pelicula, o simplemente pasar un rato de ocio, cercano a tiendas de autodescuento como Bodega Aurrera, Soriana, HEB, WALMART, S-Mart, tiene rápido acceso por estar cerca de importantes avenidas en Gral. Escobedo, Benito Juárez, las Torres, Manuel L. Barragan, Universidad, carretera Colombia, carretera Nuevo Laredo, además tiene casas amplias bonitas a buen precio, en lo personal me parece un buen lugar para vivir, está muy cerca del parque lineal Escobedo dónde puedes ejercitarte o simplemente pasar un rato agradable,
Este nuevo fraccionamiento me parece un lugar muy bonito para vivir, cuenta con acceso privado a las viviendas, juegos para los niños, viviendas amplias con buena arquitectura, excelente lugar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ son prácticamente casas de Infonavit, has de cuenta donde vivia Calamardo cuando se cambio de casa, esta bien para vivir algo x.s pero bien, lo malo es la Gente que vive alli, cree que vive en algo super chingon cuando solo es una colonia con barda, bada del otro mundo... si piensan cambirse no se cambien allí... mejor vallanse a otra colonia 666

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para descansar cuando vayas a Monterrey y sus alrededores. Sobretodo si usas Airbnb. Cerca de avenidas principales, centros comerciales y restaurantes. Tiene control de acceso. Estacionamiento y área verde. Volveré seguramente.
