Las casas son pequeñas pero serían cómodas para una pareja o una familia pequeña. En lo personal yo no viviría ahí pero si trabajas en parque colinas de san luis tal vez sea buena idea. No hay graffitis, hay algunas tiendas pequeñas, no hay super cercano. Es fácil accesar, pero es una batalladera para salir del fraccionamiento. Si se tiene que tomar autobús pasan cuando se les da la gana, casi que cada hora o más. Cero taxis por el lugar. Uber ni lo detecta en el celular. Sin servicios de Internet. En una emergencia pues mejor te mueres porque de plano ni como salir. Pero, tiene una ubicación estratégica, la cual en el futuro inmediato será de gran plusvalía. Las casas son de interés social, lo que indica que son 2 habitaciones, 1 baño y sala comedor y su cocina.
