★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 4 meses el lugar estaba pésimo para vivir ahí, afortunadamente arreglaron un poco y ya no huele mal a diario, solo si llueve se llega a inundar hasta la caseta del coto, la seguridad mejoró con un joven chaparrito, llenito y moreno, excelente servicio de seguridad, en cambio hay otro tipo delgado y moreno que se la pasa en el celular y de verdad no hace nada, la terraza está medio feita porque el lago está en mal estado, ya hay un control en el acceso al coto o al menos eso parece, aunque está pésimo que no dejen entrar a los servicios externos que se piden, va mejorando el coto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde hace unos meses tiene un gran problema, en el canal de río blanco comenzaron a verter aguas residuales por lo que huele muy mal y es un tremendo foco de infección. Al parecer la Constructora SAN CARLOS y SIAPA no prestan atención.
