★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo problemas de infiltración de agua en mi medio baño después de varias pseudo reparaciones seguimos con problemas. Ahora tengo moho negro en mi baño. Esto es dañino para la salud y Javer no me da respuesta.
Si ya después de la ayuda de la Profeco perito y abogado ya nos estan realizando la reparación...gracias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.- Mucho calor!!, El fraccionamiento está en una colina alta, al amanecer pega el sol del frente de la casa y al atardecer por atrás, por ende la casa es super caliente, es necesario aire acondicionado o ventiladores.
2.-Mini alberca en medio de la calle. La alberca que es lo que llama la atención del anuncio, esta en una esquina entre dos calles, siempre esta tapada y hay que hacer un tramite extenso para poder usarla.
3.-Publicidad engañosa ¡, La pista para correr, parque de perros y todo el supuesto plus, es un pequeno camellón en medio de las casas donde está todo.
4.-No es céntrica, para ir caminado a alguna tienda, Olvidalo! Solo hay un par cerca, ir al centro te tardaras en coche 30 min, para un centro comercial 15-20 min en coche, no había leído todos los comentarios , pero si dicen esto y es verdad.
5.-Ubicación peligrosa, la avenida principal por la que uno llega , dicen los lugareños es super peligrosa es una avenida de bajada donde hay muchos accidentes porque los carros pasan super rápido.
