★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy muy molesta tengo 6 meses viviendo en santa Isabel y mi casa ya se está agretando,no compactaron al construir,el techo es de Unicel,toda la tubería de PVC, el agua no tiene drenaje ? las bardas agretadas,la luz a cada rato se va, ay altas y bajas de luz en toda la colonia,no tienen castillos las casas solo unas varillas en las esquinas..la peor calidad de material y lo peor no tiene más que una salida y entrada,no tiene seguridad , yo no supe de esto hasta que nos entregaron la casa, nunca quisieron decirnos que casa era para que no supiéramos en fin no ccompren
 I am very upset I have 6 months living in Santa Isabel and my house is already being added, they did not compact when building, the roof is Unicel, all the PVC pipe, the water has no drainage ? the added fences, the light every so often it goes, there are highs and lows of light throughout the colony, the houses have no castles only a few rods in the corners ... the worst quality of material and the worst has nothing but an exit and entrance, it has no security, I do not I knew about this until they gave us the house, they never wanted to tell us what house it was so that we didn't know in the end they didn't buy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima decisión 0 %recomendable PESA (paseo santa Isabel) a sido mi peor opción , por favor chequen lo que firman esta compañía no es confiable yo firme una casa y por no revisar no era la que me avían asignado, y pues ellos obviamente no se hicieron responsable y por si fuera poco a mi me vendieron la misma casa más cara que atros vecinos a mi 540 mil a el otro vecino 500 mil y firmamos el mismo día,

Family and quiet subdivision. On weekends there are happy neighbors with their horn infecting the rest.

Muy buen concepto que le dieron a la colonia eso de tener todas las calles como mini sectores frente a parque es muy cómodo y buenos diseños en las casas.
Contras: ridículamente no tiene opción de internet … como se les ocurre hacer una colonia así sin cableado de telefonía de Internet eso me decepcionó de no comprar ahí
Pros:
Very good concept that they gave to the neighborhood that of having all the streets as mini sectors in front of a park is very comfortable and good designs in the houses.
Cons: ridiculously it doesn't have an internet option... how could they think of making a colony like that without Internet telephony wiring that disappointed me not to buy there
