★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ve bien el lugar, pero las condiciones de los inmuebles son críticas, algunas se les filtra el agua, paredes cuarteadas, no hay luz en las calles, por la mendiga constructora que no hizo bien su trabajo y las áreas verdes ya no son verdes, y los vecinos no hacen nada para mejorarlas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muy tranquilo el lugar de dia y en las mañanas, los departamentos son chicos pero están muy bien particionados, en cuanto a calidad de servicios el lugar cuenta con servicios de agua, luz, drenaje, teléfono/internet, televisión satelital, transporte público, servicio de taxis.
Lo malo es que en verano el sol está insoportable, también que los servicios de restaurantes y pizzerías a domicilio del centro de la ciudad no llegan hasta aquí, otra cosa mala es que el lugar de noche es muy frío y húmedo y que de noche también el alumbrado público no existe el único alumbrado público es propio del fraccionamiento mediante lámparas solares que no alumbran nada, y por esa razón puede ser inseguro andar de noche aquí.
