★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La zona ya es una zona popular, no tiene ya nada de bonito, parece tianguis. No se que tan inseguro sea, pero con solo pasar ahí te das cuenta que todo es un desorden, no me gustaría llegar a vivir nunca ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque es un barrio popular, está bien pavimentado, hay tiendas de conveniencia, mini supers y dos tianguis; no falta el agua, el servicio de recolección de basura pasa 3 días y la semana. Lo único preocupante es la seguridad, pero eso creo se vive en todo Cancún y el mundo. Se vive con cierta tranquilidad, los niños tienen áreas de juego y los jóvenes canchas de básquet en cada manzana y vuelan felices sus papalotes
Although it is a popular neighborhood, it is well paved, there are convenience stores, mini supers and two flea markets; there is no lack of water, the garbage collection service runs 3 days and a week. The only worrying thing is security, but I think that is lived in all Cancun and the world. Aunque solo son departamentos los que tienen en venta, si gustas casa solo es en otro fraccionamiento.
Lo bueno es que está muy bien conectado en cuanto a transporte y locales comerciales.
También es cierto que hay algo de inseguridad pero siendo sinceros, donde no?
