★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice un apartado en Altaira, comentando que si encontraba o no me convencía el desarrollo me regresaban a los 30 días el dinero del apartado, después me dijeron que a los 45 días, cosa que no ha sucedido y solo dan largas .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho cuidad al tratar con esta compañía. Aparté un departamento en Zanhia, Queretaro con la promesa de que me regresarían el dinero si no me decidía por el proyecto. Al momento de querer finalizar la compra, me cobraron $230,000 por un departamento de $1,300,000 con esquema COFINAVIT. Con otra constructora, conseguí pagar menos de enganche en un departamento más caro con esquema 100% bancario. Me decidí por el otro proyecto y no me quieren regresar el apartado, seguramente tienen problemas financieros. Entonces piensenla dos veces antes de tratar con ellos.
Be very careful when dealing with this company. I set aside an apartment in Zanhia, Queretaro with the promise that they would return my money if I did not decide on the project. When I wanted to finalize the purchase, they charged me $230,000 for a $1,300,000 apartment with the COFINAVIT scheme. With another construction company, I was able to pay less down payment in a more expensive apartment with a 100% bank scheme. I decided on the other project and they don't want to return the section to me, surely they have financial problems. So think twice before dealing with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es tranquilo, hay seguridad en todos los fraccionamientos, los precios de las casa todavía son accesible, tienes todos los servicios a la mano y sobretodo cercanos, vale la pena arriesgarse.
