de todo tecamac... como todas las colonias tienen sus detalles, pero por ubicación, plusvalía, organización, seguridad entre otras..... es buena opción para vivir o invertir. Las casas como todas las de interés social... con sus "detalles"

segun esto te cobran 350 pesos por administracion y no barren ni recogen la basura. llevo un mes viviendo ahi y hasta la fecha no han podado el jardin ni el pasto .ah pero eso si exigen pagues con 10% de interes si no pagas a tiempo.
prometieron interfon cosa que aun no tengo . porton automatizado y los brazos del porton llevamos esperando meses y nada. seguidad o vigilancia ??? se meten a robar a las casas . no mal gasten su dinero ,la vdd
