1. Cuenta con un equipo de seguridad, cuentan con la capacitación adecuada, el acceso es muy restringido; si no acreditas tu visita, simplemente no ingresas.
2. Continuamente realizan vigilancia calle por calle, son atentos y con amabilidad y cortesía a los residentes.
3. Puedes salir a caminar al parque a la hora que lo desees, sin riesgo de ser violentado, ya que el residencial es privado, no hay entrada a gente ajena.
4. Lo que demerita al residencial, es la falta de atención y mantenimiento apropiado a nuestras áreas verdes y jardines.
5. No hay equidad, por ética, cultura y educación; aportas las cuotas mensuales de mantenimiento, cosa que MUCHOS, residentes no hacen, pero GOZAN, de los beneficios de los que si aportamos.
